Highlight of the week – 2x Collaborations

This week we celebrate the 30th annivrsary of our Galway TRO partner, the Blue Note. The colourful crew from this iconic pub enjoyed a brewday at K2 in January and made a cracking Cold IPA to mark their birthday.

Right around the same time, Rick had a great day out at Rascals in Dublin, helping Rascals Head Brewer Josh get a lovely light and spicy Farmhouse Ale into the tank. The results of both these collaborations are pouring in our Taproom now.
